To return your product purchased from lemieuxskincare.com:
1. Please email us at shop@lemieuxskincare.com. Please be sure to include the order number and the reason for return.
2. You will receive an email with a shipping label to be used for the return.
3. Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, please allow up to 10 business days for the return to be processed. A credit should appear on your bank statement within 2 full billing cycles.
4. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
*Please note that merchandise not purchased directly from lemieuxskincare.com is not eligible for a refund and should be returned to the original place of purchase.

Unopened product may be returned within 10 days of receiving order.
We do not take returns on opened product or reactions. If you are unsure if the product will work for your skin, please order our travel size which should last 2-4 weeks depending on the product.

Due to the nature of hair loss and the many systemic and nutritional causes for hair loss and thinning, we are unable to offer a money-back guarantee on our hair care products, which include Hair Thickening Serum, NeoLash, and NeoBrow. For more information on our hair care products, please contact Customer Service to learn more about the conditions that our hair care products have had success in treating.
If you receive an item or items from NeoGenesis that have been damaged during shipment, a shipping error, or a manufacturers defect, you may return it within 30 days of receipt of the item(s) to NeoGenesis for a full refund or exchange. Contact us at (858) 751-4714 within 30 days of receipt to qualify for a no-charge pickup. One of our Customer Service representatives will provide you with simple instructions for returning the item(s). A replacement item will be shipped to you once the return has been received and inspected. All other product returns, such as ordering errors can be return within 30 days for a full refund of the product cost, if the product is unopened. Shipping charges will not be refunded. NeoGenesis is happy to supply you with a return label and deduct this cost as well as the original shipping charge from your refund. Please have the invoice ready when you call. A copy of the invoice must accompany all returns.
